Windows Live Mail calendar corrupted.

While installing automatic windows update my Windows Live Mail calendar became corrupted. Message prompted to retry. I clicked on retry and it didn’t work. Then I klicked on abort and it didn't work. I can't send, reply or forward emails. I am receiving

emails and can view them. But that is all. Thank you for your help.
