FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 16, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 16, 2013 I was linked to these forum by customer service when I mentioned I could not find a way to give feedback about Microsoft's "open with" search. Currently when trying to directly open .voc format files it says "Description: Windows does not recognize this file type." leaving me clueless as how to open it on other computers besides my own (the device came with a cd I lost). I had to search google for a while before I finally found comments leading to the answer which was http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads/?sku=VR5220. RCA's own softway seems to currently be the only way to open/play this type of file. I was hoping it would get added to the "open with" search to save others the trouble.
