I'm running Windows XP 32-bit. After a Windows Update during the week of April 8, 2013, my monitor wasn't looking right. My nVidia icon in the taskbar disappeared. I went to Control Panel to launch the nVidia control panel, and got an error message

about the display driver not being compatible. I re-installed the display driver from the product CD, and all was well . . . until another Windows Update. Seems that the update is replacing the driver with something else? What up with that, dude?
