Office 365 Deployment Tool Install Failing

I'm trying to use our file server to install Office 365 Pro Plus and have created a local source of the installation files using the /download switch and I'm now trying to deploy using the /configure switch. My configuration.xml file

looks like this:

But when I run the deployment from an elevated command prompt it tries to download a file called i641033.cab that isn't in the download folder, unless it is in the stream.x86.x-none.dat file? The error in the command prompt is:

 

 

ERROR: DownloadAndExtractCab: Failed \serverinstallOffice2013OfficeData

15.0.4481.1510i641033.cab -> C:Program FilesMicrosoft Office 15DataClientUp

dateDiri641033.cab

 

And in the setup log in %temp% I can see it trying to grab that file over and over again until it fails. Any ideas on where I'm going wrong, downloading the installations one at a time is proving very slow...
