how do I remove "bannersdontwork" malware from my computer?

There is a pop up on my computer after I close Enternet Explorer. In the address bar it says serve.bannersdontwork.com

 

I understand that it's a malware. How do I remove it using my MS Security Essentials?

 

I read that SpyHuneter 4 is doing a good job removing malware. Can I install SpyHunter on my computer as well? Will it be in comflict with MS Security Essentials?

I appreciate any help you can give.
