Cannot install Windows Updates KB2726535 and KB 2790113. Error Code 80070570

Using Windows 7 Starter. Windows Updates KB2726535 and KB 2790113 have failed to install for several days. I consistently get Error Code 80070570. I have run Windows Update Troubleshooter and FixIt (several times), and both show resolved errors, but

the two updates continue to fail to install. Two other Win 7 computers in my home have been updated successfully. Please advise. Thanks.
