Hello,

 

I really got a problem. It is because when I turned on my computer, all of my apps always disappear, and all of my files will delete everytime I shut down my Windows 8 PC. Everytime I log in, in the Start screen, it always display now the "Store, Internet

Explorer, and Desktop" alone. Then I realized that all of my apps were uninstalled.

 

I try to go in the store, and there was 16 updates, but when I attempt to install them, they all failed. It displayed an error of number: 0x80246007.

 

And the other thing is that my files were all deleted. In the desktop there is always a display of "You've been signed in to a temporary profile".

 

Please fix this ASAP.
