FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 17, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 17, 2013 I FOUND A SIMPLE FIX THAT WORKED FOR ME THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE . I HAVE WINDOWS 7 ,64 BIT. WENT TO MICROSOFT MALEWARE SCANNER. DOWN LOADED THE "MICROSOFT SAFETY SCANNER 1.0.3001.0". I RAN A FULL SYSTEM SCAN WHICH TOOK A FEW HOURS TO COMPLETE. IT FOUND A "JAVA" RELATED VIRUS THAT WAS CAUSING THE ERROW 5013.3 NORTON 360 VIRUS. WHEN THE SCAN WAS COMPLET IT SHOWED THE VIRUS AND REMOVED IT--NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH THIS POPING UP--TRY THIS A LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKS FOR YOU.
