I am getting an error I have never seen before. It's with Windows update. The error says that I can't search for updates because the service is not turned on. The service IS turned on. Also, my update history is blank.

 

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

I am running it on a TOSHIBA Satellite L455D-5597S.

I don't know what else you need to know. Just ask and I will gladly respond. (As long as it isn't my Product Key, like some guy asked me before.)
