Windows 8 update made computer load websites messed up!?!?

So I have a brand new computer that I got two weeks ago. Its been running amazingly. Its a Samsung Series 5 Notebook. The other day Windows 8 forced an update on me and now the websites load slower and when they load they only load half way until I click

refresh twice. Please help me figure out a way to fix my computer that Windows screwed up!?!?!
