Install Wizard loss on Windows XP

I have lost my Install Wizard on my eMachine with Windows XP and can't download digital pictures from my camera memory stick nor can I directly download to Shutterfly as they require an existing computer file such as My Pictures. What can I do to access

My Wizard if it isn't lost or do I need to reacquire Install Wizard from reliable software?
