kb2600217 has installed 6 times sucessfully. Why?

kb2600217 has installed 6 times successfully over a 2 day period. 4-11-13 &amp 4-12-13

kb2656351 has installed 8 times successfully over a 2 day period. 4-11-13 &amp 4-12-13

They are no longer being offered.

I just don't understand why an update would be installed over &amp over again, especially

if it installed correctly?

 

I'm running win 7 ultimate x64

8 gig ram

2 tb hd

intel core 2 duo e6600 2.4 ghz
