Microsoft Update repeatedly offers the same update

Hey, The problems is I already installed this 4 updates ( KB2656351 ) , ( KB2600217 ) , ( KB2468871 ) ( KB2533523 ) after installing them, it repeatedly offers the same updates when i restarting my desktop. Can someone help me? View this thread
