Screen has moved to the right?

Hi All,

 

I have problem with a windows update. My computer installed some updates earlier today, however, when I rebooted the PC my whole screen had shifted to the right. I system restored to an earlier date and it was fine again however it auto updated again and

gave me the same issue. Has anyone else had this problem? or know which update it is?

 

Running Windows 7
