KB2823324 - No problems on system, do I still uninstall?

Not really sure where to find the answer. I've seen a lot of articles saying that the MS update KB2823324 needs to be uninstalled as its known for causing stability issues. The update has been installed on my system however doesn't seem to be causing

any problems. Do I still need to remove it?
