All of a sudden, I'm unable to use the Windows Updates on my Windows 7 computer. I keep getting the error code in the title when I try to check for updates. All of the suggestions Microsoft suggests at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/windows-update-error-80070002 I

have tried. I've performed virus and spyware scans and still have issues. Please advise.
