FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 13, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 13, 2013 I keep getting this windows update error code 80073718, which is for update KB2814124...how do I fix this? I have windows 7 Home Premium with SP1 OS, 8G RAM, on an ASUS laptop with Chrome Browser. This is NOT a one time thing, this happens every day, and sometimes 2 - 3 times a day...and this is NOT the only update error I usually get...I also get error code 64C & 66A. I know that this update is related to, or it is for, Microsoft Silverlight, which begs the Question on my part... Do I really NEED Silverlight?
