Performed a advance boot , regrettably i'm

stuck either in a black screen or somewhere I should'nt be in safe mode, with no internet because of safe mode

restart after restart can't get it back , most programs not running,need internet to enable them !

When throught command promp already ,cant find those anymore to try again .

Could use some HELP ! Lollll
