FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 12, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 12, 2013 KB2742599 fails every time I run a Windows Update with error 80073712. The install DVD isn't available to me because our PCs are IT re-imaged. Other updates are running and applying successfully. We are running 64 bit OS of Windows 7 Enterprise with primary virus protection of McAfee VirusScan Enterprise & Anti-SpyWare Enterprise 8.8 . I've only had the PC (Dell OptiPlex 7010) about a month.
