Original title: Cannot get online with new router.

 

I am having a lot of trouble getting online using my laptop.

My house mate has recently got a new EE Brightbox. It works perfectly fine with her laptop and mobile phone. Also works with my mobile phone. However, when i try to use my laptop it only gives me 'Local Access'. I have no problem connecting to the router,

but it just won't let me go online.

 

Have tried disconnecting/reconnecting the wireless connection on laptop, starting from scratch with wired connection to router, re-booting router, and re-setting router. None of these have worked.

 

 

Any help would be great?

 

Laptop is running on Vista.
