FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 11, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 11, 2013 My home computer has Microsoft Security Essentails installed with Windows Vista. My computer has been affected by the ransomware virus referenced in the title. Since the infection I have run a complete scan using Microsoft SE (from a different user) and it tells me everything is fine. Microsoft SE is up-to-date so I was hoping it would locate this virus and remove it, but didn't. Is there a way to get this virus off my computer?
