FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 11, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 11, 2013 I went to help on MS Essentials and found a 6 step help, which I did all 6 steps and still cannot get MS Essentials to work properly. When I log on it's green. When I open my browser (Firefox) it turns yellow. I open MS Essentials, runs a quick scan and it turns green, but within an hour turns yellow again. It's updated and still have no solutions. There no "fix it" solution anywhere I can locate. I have Windows 7.
