windows 7 64 bit problem mit externer festplatte und usb stick

hallo,habe gleiche problem wie andere,windows 7 64 bit premium erkennt plötzlich 1tera externe festplatte nicht mehr,sowie den 64 gb usb -

stick.bei diesem habe ich aber schon 29 gb ohne probleme überspielt.habe tunup utility + ccleaner .sollte jemand eine antwort haben wäre

das super,da das problem seit mehreren tagen vorhanden ist.danke !!!!!!!!!!1
