I am unable to restore XP help with original CD disks

I bought a used Dell PC with XP installed. It has the XP Home Edition product key sticker on it along with codes. I've recently lost Windows help when I did a third party uninstall of a non-Windows program, and I do not know how to restore/fix the problem

without the original CDs. Can anyone direct me to a solution.
