Update fails for KB2817183

[AWS]

I am running a Windows 7 64 bit. SP1 IE 10.0.9 and have AVG Anti Virus running.

 

 

Error: "WindowsUpdate_8E5E0147" "WindowsUpdate_dt000" and the update fails

 

I've restarted and re-ran the installation

Ran Microsoft Fix it and although it fixed a couple of things ( I don't remember what!), the problem persists

 

CHECKSUR.PERSIST.LOG shows the following:

 

Checking Windows Servicing Packages

Checking Package Manifests and Catalogs
