FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 9, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 9, 2013 When I try to use a VPN to access my employer's server I get error 609: A DEVICE WAS SPECIFIED THAT DOES NOT EXIST. It is prefaced by "cannot connect the Phone Book Entry" I have Windows 7 on an HP Pavillion, and everything else is operating correctly. Except the VPN.
