get error No.0x80244019

I Purchased windows XP professional service pack 2 in 2008.

After reinstalling the windows upgrades are not getting installed.

The screen shows Error number: 0x80244019. Even though windows is activated.

I was advised to contact you to resolve this problem. Please do the needful.
