Fresh Windows 7 Install, update says up to date but I know its not...

New HDD in an old Dell, install went smooth, however I am running into a problem with windows update. It says that everything is up to date, although I just installed windows and I know that it probably needs some new software drivers. Not sure why this

is happening, never dealt with this issue before. Thanks!
