FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 8, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 8, 2013 I've checked 'Troubleshooting' in Schedule tasks, and have noted the recommended action: program /?, but don't know where/how to open the command prompt within the Backup Utility.
