What is the best method to retrieve updates for offline (stand alone network) installation?

Hello,

 

For a secured stand-alone Windows 7 32-bit system (can never again connect to Internet), what is the best method for retrieving security updates for Microsoft Windows and other products from Microsoft?

 

Is there one download or must every update be individually downloaded?

 

If there is one download, is it only for Windows or does it include Office, Silverlight, .NET 4, etc.?
