Windows Update always failed Error 8024402C , there's any solution? (Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit)

i already encounter this problem long time ago , and my windows update can't update for a long time , what should i do ? there's any solution ?

i even ask other forum too, like sevenforums.com , but they can't solved my problem , so i asked microsoft about microsoft problem ...this's the link i ask other forum , and try they soultion , you can see the log, they said didn't have anything wrong with the log , but the windows update still not work ...http://www.sevenforums.com/windows-updates-activation/280022-8024402c-windows-check-update-error.html
