Keep getting offered the same updates after they install successfully

I am running windows 7 professional 64 bit and keep getting the following updates offered even though they install successfully.

KB 2656351

KB 2600217

When I run the update tool the offered updates disappear but when I restart my computer they are back

Any suggestions.
