Windows 7 Pro Help and Support service fails with error 193:0xc1

Tried to start "Help and Support" service and received error "Windows could not start the help and support service on Local Computer" along with the subject error code.

 

Searched Microsoft.com and could not find a solution. Ran 'services.msc' to fix and start help and support and received above message and error. Also ran "sfc" and no corrupt or missing files found.

 

Any answers to fix will be appreciated.
