Can you please repair the constant failing of "silverlight" to install when I attempt installing man

[AWS]

When I start my computer the warning sheild is in the lower right hand corner of the screen (in red)

 

and upon opening my contol panel

then the "security center",

I find the virus protection off, automatically and repeatedly.

 

This is a result of....? So, I begin the arduous tast of downloading (manually), the

tool to remove virus and whatever else

...and also manually attempt to download "automatic " updates (although these are set to occur daily anyway and low and behold!

 

Silverlight has been failing to install for months.

I have ask all this before, but I have no idea who I am talking (writting to),

to and with all the news of: "hack this and that", "hackers this and that",

what to do is my trust that I may ask for help. Thank you and in God we trust.

Other people also I pray.
