I'm trying to uninstall the windows update kb2670838, but every time it finishes uninstalling, an error appears and it says "An error has occurred. Not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled." The same error message also appears if I try to uninstall

Internet Explorer 10. So anyways to fix this? The windows update seem to have slowed my laptop and it's a pain....

I also can't do a system restore because I don't have any restore points......
