FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 7, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 7, 2013 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP-1. No Windows Updates have not succeeded since 2011 or early 2012- critical or recommendeed. History only goes back to 12/24/2012, but that's incorrect. I run Norton 360 which I have to to update using a Norton Intelligent updater. In order to download most programs, I have to select "Run as Administrator" in IE eventhough I am the administrator or use Safe Mode. Malwarebytes always reports Database corrupt or missiing when I try to open. I suspect all the many problems of programs not responding access denied errors missing or corrupt .msi or .dll errors are related to missing security updates that have left computer open to attack. Neither Norton nor Malwarebytes report infections. Computer is sometimes virtually unusable. I have 16GB free of 300GB. View this thread Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
