Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

I can't delete a system file, keeps on adding up with different file names in my D: drive.

I can't delete a system file, keeps on adding up with different file names in my D: drive. Sample folder name: 5a9b45610d34eaaf32e73e

 

Prompt message: You require permission from SYSTEM to make changes to this folder.

 

I did everything so far:

 

  1. Change owner as my ADMIN user
  2. Delete folder as ADMIN
  3. Disk Cleanup
  4. Disk Defragmenter
  5. Used CCleaner to clean it up

Still cannot delete. I think these are the files that piled up with systems update.
