Vista service pack 1

I had to install a new hard drive and reinstall many updates. Have had no problems except for service pack one for Vista.

I have Vista Home Preminum. I can not install later service packs or upgrade explorer until I get past this service pack.

My update history shows it sucessfully installed (serveral times) and it seems to do it correctly the first time.

Now it keeps coming up as an update and goes as far as accepting the agreement and shows successfully installed

But it does not show on the computer properties screeen.
