One week ago an engineer changed the harddisc with new one, because the laptop had problems like these: crashes, bluesreen, restarted lots of time, etc. The engineer recommended me to change harddisc and after this the Ram slot, because ones of Ram slots is not working very well. Until now the Ram slot is not changed, and there are problems with Windows Update and crashes. Can you help me, please, how to resolve this problem ? Thanks.
