FPCH Admin AWS Posted April 4, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted April 4, 2013 I am trying to install a HP wireless printer using Windows 8. I use the Add Printers feature, the printer is found, and then it asks me to select a driver. The exact printer is not listed in the model list, so I select the Windows update button to get more printer models. This hangs and never comes back. It worked on another WIndows 8 laptop where the model I wanted was in the list after the Windows update. Has anyone seen this and have a solution?
