Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

I can't see all my contacts when I want to send an email in the new Outlook. How do I find them?

When I now want to send a message to several people, I only see what Outlook says are my frequent contact. I want to turn off that #@*! thing and just see all of them like I used to on Hotmail. Is there any way to do this?
