trying to download a new update but won't work

I am trying to download this Security Update for Microsoft C++2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Pkg KB2565063 but it failed and got an Error code 800070003.

 

why am I getting 2010 updates when I got my laptop in 2011 with all the up to date items, and just got it serviced two weeks ago and they updated it up to this year 2013.

 

 

can someone please explain this and how to get rid of this download?
