install updates I get an error [Error number: 0x80070424]

I have windows XP pro. Every now and then I get a notice my auto update is shut off... So I go to control panel and set it ON. Then go to update page and try to install updates I get an error [Error number: 0x80070424] The website has encountered

a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view.

 

Any help is appreciated.
