sending emails error #0x80070057

I can receive emails through Windows Live Mail but cannot send any. this started on 3/30.

 

An unknown error has occurred.

Server: 'smtp.windstream.net'Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80070057Protocol: SMTPPort: 25Secure(SSL): No

 

Please help.

 

 

Now, it's giving me this error message

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Windstream (melissa_30755) account. An unknown error has occurred.

Server: 'pop.windstream.net'Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800C0148Protocol: POP3Port: 110Secure(SSL): No
