Windows 8 Update History Not Reflected in View Update History

Hello,

 

I can see the latest Windows Defender Update 1.147.791.0 in windows defender (3/31). However the the latest in View Update History is 1.147.700.0.

 

The latest update overall is KB2538243 (Security Update for Visual C++ on 3/29)

 

The Updates were in installed field in Windows Update shows 3/29/2013. How do I get View Update History to reflect all updates?
