how do I get rid of this thing \\.\globalroot\systemroot\svchost.exe

I recently did a full system restore through Dell Back up all the way to the factory settings I restart my computer and download avast free and maleware bytes free version and run the scans. They say nothing is to be found yet the pop up from avast keeps

showing up all with a base of \.globalrootsystemrootsvchost.exe. Can anyone help please
