FPCH Admin AWS Posted March 30, 2013 FPCH Admin Posted March 30, 2013 When I try to update my ViewSonic monitor with Windows Update it fails on all my computers. Installation FailureError Code: 0x80070103 I think the update itself is empty because recently I tried to install it by itself and it says 1 updates, 0 KB, 0 minutes, but it also says it is downloaded and ready to install so I I tried it on a friends computer where I had not ever tried to install it and it still says 1 updates, 0 KB, 0 minutes. I did not go any further with it on that computer because I'm sure the results will be the same as on mine. Am I correct in assuming it is empty? If so who do I email to get it fixed or should I call the support line and tell them. I have sent a note a couple times through different areas of this site but to no avail. I'd like to get the update if there is one but if there is not than I'd like for Update to quit offering it. View this thread Quote Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
