Posted March 29, 201311 yr FPCH Admin Ok, so I am having this very annoying problem with my webcam that's been going on for the longest time. I have a Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 on it, in case that helps any. It's blurry, I can't see anything, and I also can't use MSN, Skype, and even taking pictures. Please Help!
