I am using Win 7 HB x64 .Recently Windows Update is Installing the same update over 13 times total how many instances of this update are required or is it a bug ? The Update is :- Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista,

Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2656351)
