about 2 years ago I bought a PC. It has been running for the last 2 years with no problems. Until today...suddenly my genuine copy has become not genuine...fine.. chatted with support and was told my copy was a MSDN copy and was to be used by developers

only.

But my copy on the box says OEM. It a single CD with the hologram circling it. back of the CD around the inner circle says Puerto Rico. And the box says Made in Singapore... it all looks genuine....

So what could the problem be? Microsoft getting licenses mixed up?
